Why this page exists

A site that publishes figures will eventually publish a wrong one. What distinguishes a publication you can rely on is not that it never errs but that errors are visible and dated when they are fixed, rather than quietly edited away.

That matters here specifically. Operators change bonus terms without notice, so a figure that was right when checked can be wrong a month later. Every review carries the date its terms were last checked precisely so you can judge how current it is.

What counts as a correction

• A wrong factual figure — licence number, wagering multiplier, maximum stake, expiry, withdrawal cap, processing time, fee.
• A licence status we reported inaccurately, including an operator listed as active whose licence has lapsed or been suspended.
• A score that was calculated wrongly against the published rubric.
• A delisting, with the reason.
• A material claim about an operator that turns out not to be supported by their terms.

Routine updates are not corrections. When an operator changes an offer and we update the review to match, that is a re-check and shows in the review’s date stamp. A correction is when we were wrong.

How corrections are handled

1. The figure is re-checked against the primary source — the operator’s published terms, or the Gambling Commission register.
2. The page is corrected and its date stamp updated.
3. An entry is added to the log below, stating what was wrong and what it is now.
4. Where the error affected a score, the score is recalculated and the change noted.

We do not remove a review to deal with an error in it.
