Contact
Email for this domain is not yet configured, so addresses published here would bounce rather than reach us. Rather than print an address that silently fails, this page says so plainly. Mail routing is being set up; until it is live, the routes below are the honest position.
Why there is no email address on this page
A contact address that does not deliver is worse than no address at all, because a reader who writes in believes they have reported something and hears nothing back. The domain currently publishes a null MX record, which means it explicitly accepts no mail. Printing editorial@ or corrections@ today would guarantee that every correction sent to us disappeared.
This is a configuration step on our side, not a policy. When routing is live this page will carry working addresses for editorial, corrections and commercial enquiries.
What we want to hear about
These matter more than general feedback, and they are the reason this page exists:
- A figure that is wrong or out of date. If a wagering multiplier, maximum stake, expiry, withdrawal cap or processing time on this site does not match an operator’s live terms, that is a defect. Point us at the term and we will correct and log it.
- A review with no criticism. Every review must carry a “where it falls short” section. If you find one that does not, we have failed our own editorial policy.
- A listing you believe is a paid placement in disguise. Paid placements must be labelled on the listing itself. Challenge one and we will answer directly.
- An operator behaving in a way that should delist it — refusing withdrawals to verified accounts without lawful basis, marketing to self-excluded people, or changing bonus terms retrospectively.
What we cannot help with
We are a review publication, not an operator and not a regulator. We cannot access your casino account, release a withheld withdrawal, reverse a self-exclusion, or intervene in a dispute on your behalf.
If you are in dispute with an operator, the route that has actual force is the one set out on our homepage: complain to the operator first, in writing. The whole process must take no longer than eight weeks. If you are not satisfied, or eight weeks pass, you can escalate to an independent alternative dispute resolution provider — the operator must tell you which one and may issue a deadlock letter confirming you can proceed.
If you need support rather than a reply
The National Gambling Helpline is free, confidential and open 24 hours a day on 0808 8020 133. It takes calls from people affected by someone else’s gambling as well. Our safer gambling page covers the tools, the warning signs and the national self-exclusion scheme.
If you are in immediate crisis, contact 999 or the Samaritans on 116 123 rather than a gambling helpline.
